Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Accurately record customer interactions and data.
- Document customer interactions for future reference.
- Ensure interactions meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members for a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Able to use a USB headset, computer, and reliable hardwired internet.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Adaptable to changes in processes and technologies.
