Technical Training Support Intern
This internship will be with CNH Agricultural Technical Training team. We create technical diagnostic and repair content to assist/teach our dealer technicians how to repair our equipment. We cover all of North America, working from one of our 5 training centers and remote learning locations.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work model and is located in Racine, WI.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Technical Training Courses
- Create custom reports from CNH's Learning Management System
- Create and close courses
- Learning Management System Administration
- Manage Equipment Movement Requests
- Perform Equipment Inventory level analysis
- Perform Equipment Logistics cost analysis
This position will pay between $19-$35.25/hour.
- Must be actively pursuing an Associate's, Technical, Bachelor's or Post-Graduate Degree in Agricultural, Business, Information Technology, or other related degree area.
