Inbound Transportation Logistics Intern

This Inbound Transportation intern will help the team implement some crucial projects that will help us keep our customer first while improving delivery, quality and profitability. The intern will help teach us the new technologies and processes that are being taught in the academic world for us to implement in the current work environment.

 

This position is eligible for a hybrid work model and is located in Racine, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the processes of Inbound Domestic and International Logistics
  • Support in projects to improve packaging data
  • Support in automation projects within systems used to help improve current state
  • Learn and Implement new cutting-edge technologies to help the company break new ground
  • Implement cost savings projects by improving truck/container utilization
  • Implement new reporting to help the operational team
     

This position will pay between $19-$35.50/hour.

Qualifications

  • Must be actively pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other related degree area.
