As an intern for the Corporate Development team, you will get the opportunity to work with a variety of diverse and global businesses and markets within the Agriculture and Construction Segments. You will assist the team in various industry/market research projects and develop valuation analysis to aid senior management's assessment of potential targets.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, reviewing and analyzing due diligence processes and materials.
  • Researching and analyzing industry data.
  • Developing valuation analyses and various excel based financial models (3 statement, DCF, etc.)
  • Updating transaction comps database
  • Assisting in due diligence and valuation exercises
     

This position will pay between $19-$35.50/hour.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be actively pursuing an associate, technical, bachelor’s, or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or other related areas.
