Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned functions/departments and answer or route general HR related questions to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain familiarity with Human Resources policies, procedures, compensation & benefits programs, employee discipline procedures, and laws pertaining to employee relations, EEO, etc.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of the data maintained in the global and regional HR systems
  • Monitor transactional requests, follow determined workflows, and complete required system updates to optimize HR transactional processes
  • Oversee the workflow of HR data and information related to cross-functional processes
  • Provide expertise that informs HR business process design and/or improvement projects

This position will pay between $19-$35.50/hour.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or other related degree area.
