Parts & Service eCommerce Support Intern

The Parts & Service eCommerce team supports the CNH Industrial parts website, MyCNHi Store. The team is responsible for digital marketing, digital merchandising and dealer support. The team also works continuously on site enhancements with the web development team. This role will be diverse and will provide the opportunity to work within all areas.

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and vendors to collect parts images and copy.
• Verify the accuracy of website content and photography.
• Attend weekly meetings with SEO & SEM agency and assist with projects as needed.
• Attend weekly website development meetings that drive enhancements for customers and dealers.
• Attend dealer meetings. Assist with dealer onboarding and training tasks.
• Assist with parts marketing loyalty program.
• Special projects as assigned.

This position will pay between $18.75-$35.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related degree area.
