The Role  
Are you excited about acting as a main voice of the hotel and proving exceptional quality service to the hotel guest? It is more than speaking with the guest, but rather ensuring guest stays is flawless and representing as an ambassador of guest communication.
Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking highly motivated and service-minded individuals who share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Guest Communication Specialist will be responsible for greeting and interacting with all guests, current and future, staying at the hotel, and ensuring their stay is flawless. You will ensure that guest needs are communicated properly to the appropriate department and follow up to make sure that requests have been handled. Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner. Manage a large amount of phone calls and be able to always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor. The potential candidate must be able to analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.  
We are looking for individuals with high organizational skills. Speaking, writing, and reading English is required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
